<aside> 💡 You will need a VoiceLine account. If you don’t have one yet, ask your team members to invite you or sign up to our waitlist. You also will need to install VoiceLine for Chrome and complete all the following steps in your Jira workspace in Google Chrome.
You also need to be logged in to use the VoiceLine Chrome extension. Check if you’re logged in by clicking on the VoiceLine icon next to your Google search bar. If you don’t see it, then click on the puzzle piece to view your active extensions.

Alternatively: hit the bin 🗑️ to discard your VoiceLine and restart.
Or: hit the yellow send button to copy a link to your VoiceLine right away, without checking the transcription.
Note: In some tools, such as Slack and Google Docs, pressing send will automatically paste the VoiceLine into the text or comment box.
<aside> đź’ˇ No matter which recording flow you choose, keep in mind that you will now always need to hit pause before you send your VoiceLine if you want to review and/or edit your transcription text. If you hit send, you will be able to skip the review and edit, and only see the text after your message has been sent.

You and your colleagues can listen to your VoiceLine by hovering over the link and clicking on the text preview. You can listen to your VoiceLine while scrolling through and working on the document!
