Spaces are how you communicate with your team on VoiceLine. Create meetings based on different topics or discussions within a group and send VoiceLines directly into them, so that everything stays organized and efficient ⚡

Before you start

Creating a Meeting

Meetings are named Spaces. Use meetings to set up recurring syncs or organize communication based on a specific topic.

1. Click “Create Space” on your home screen.

1. Alternatively, you can click the ➕ next to “Spaces” on the left sidebar.

1. Fill in your meeting details, including name, preferred language and members.

1. Click “Save and close” to complete the process.

1. That's it! To change any meeting settings, click the icon on the top left.

Creating a Discussion

Discussions are unnamed Spaces. You can create Discussions to informally communicate between any number of people.
